- Order today, dispatched tomorrow rule applies to all products in stock: all orders made by 12 a.m. CET from Monday to Friday are shipped on the same day and estimated to be delivered to the delivery address within 2-5 work days. Each product features information on real-time availability. If you order after 12 a.m. CET, your order will be dispatched tomorrow.
- A custom fee will be applied for orders outside mentioned FREE ZONES. At check-out, the supplement will automatically be added to your basket at the last stage of the order. If your order includes items that are not in stock, you can choose to wait until all items are available or receive partial delivery.
Key Delivery Timelines
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national and cantonal holidays in Switzerland.
- In exceptional situations, delays may occur. Thank you for your understanding for delays due to our delivery partners, as a result of construction work or traffic disruptions, in the event of increased shipping volumes throughout country (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) as well as in case of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
- Public Holidays. Orders placed on or 1 day before a public holiday may take longer to be delivered.
Our shipping estimates are not guaranteeing or promises that a product will ship on a specific day or be received by you within a specific period. The amount of time it takes for you to receive a product will depend on how long it takes us to process your order and how long it takes the carrier to deliver the order to you once it is shipped.
